There is a man who has a green thumb
Who thought that everyone else thought, that he was dumb
He'd research the world, on long ambitious nights
And oh, the things he found, blew out his insight
His dog was Shaft, a rottweiler big as a giant
He's such an interesting dog, but in a sense rather defiant
The man with the green thumb, decided to grow a fruit tree
Just then Shaft came about, and began to pee
Trampling and killing all the fresh fruits
Oh, look, he even peed on the man's boots!
