The Man Of My Dreams Poem by manda dutson

The Man Of My Dreams

I once kissed the man of my dreams
Rode on his shoulders and touched the sun
Danced with passion between his thighs
Melted tears with my bare tongue
Bore him the children of Gods
Planned trips down memory lane
Left words like jewels upon his ear
Peered into his eyes and thought I saw the future
But I blinked and it was his fist instead...
Received gifts of black and blue
Like formal wedding colors (they go so well with everything)
I then kissed the man of my dreams
Goodbye
