The Long Ago Poem by Heather Burns

The Long Ago

Rating: 4.9

Today I found an album,
Covered with the long ago

tied with pretty ribbons,
of the past, someone
I know.

Opening up the album
savoring moments as I go

Silhouettes emerging of
someone I used to know.

An artist paints his canvas
his picture all aglow

two lovers in the garden
walking in the long ago..
