The Last Thing Said
The last thingI said was' I wish you would die'
I wish I could take back that awful lie
You've been gone for awhile, I'm left here alone
To raise our child from an infant on
Was it my fault you were taken away
God only knows, I wish I could see
Your smiling face, saying it's okay
I'll help you through this day to day
