The Last Stop Before Home-Pantoum
The next stop is the one I've waited for so long,
So eager now to see the smiling folks back home,
For memory now plays an old well-known love song,
Ever drawing one back, no matter where they roam.

And to frequent all the places that I used to go!

Like honeycomb draws bees, toward golden tomorrow.

I'll surely take the pleasure of a prolonged visit.

Skies tell the late hour, when stained and vivid!

It is long time since i have seen a locomotive. The engine and the whistle is still fresh and permanently itched in my memory. Brilliant poem with fantastic painting.5***
