The Kiss That Missed Poem by David Darbyshire

The Kiss That Missed

I put my lips to my Hand
To blow a kiss was Planned
I aimed and Blew
But it missed You

I think the wind took It
Seams very funny I Admit
But it flew by you Instead
Went around the world,
and hit me on the back of the Head

I like this one David. Made me smile. I think I have given kisses like that with a similar outcome.

Comic and romantic at the same time, Davey. Nice write. You were never away? Didn't see any ditties from you yesterday. Sweetly, Gina.
