The Judgement Poem by Jamie Evans

The Judgement

Its all in past tense,
Damn the expense!
The Bonnie and Clyde
Of which we hide,
To take a life;
To cause trouble and strife
The freedom of death
Struggle with your last breath...
... And think hard, think fast
Control the emotion; tie it the mast
Prepare for the storm
Dont for one minute think we'll mourn
The passing of yet another worm
Curse your mortality
Your blatant stupidity
Death approaches us all sooner or later
For you though the need is greater
Than those around to fade away
Whats that? You have something to say?

'No one but no one is sorrier than me
Your Honour, I feel filled with glee,
Not for killing, you must understand
But because your judgement is grand!
Im ready to die, to atone for my all I am
These two hands, this mind is a sham
And He will decide whether I wither and burn'

Right! You have had your turn
Judgement is passed and soon your life will expire
An eye for an eye and may you burn in hellfire!
