The Incredible Edible Egg
Boil the egg, then break the shell,
Now you're eating very well.
A little salt and pepper too,
Just a little bit will do.
Or scramble them up, with a little cheese,
Really fluffy, made to please.
Sunny side up, or easy over man,
Whatever the way, I'm eggs biggest fan.

This is great! It showcases what I love about Juan's writing: he can take an ordinary item, and make a wonderful poem of it! Very good.
