The Gym Poem by Phil Soar

The Gym

The lasting impression, from my first fitness session
Made me believe I was dying
If I thought that these sounds
Would have shed several pounds
I’d have thought it a worthwhile obsession

I've got my own gym and personal fitness trainer, she's a yellow Labrador called Clara. I hve to take her for long walks rain or shine. I went to a gym once and nearly died knackered for the rest of the day. Brilliantly worded poem that says everything in so few words.
