In one winter of deadliest cold,
The night to you my heart I sold,
You remember? I really hope,
I asked for a hug, you said, ‘Nope! ’
The silver moon shone on us,
The grass our naked feet crushed,
That lone moment, my life’s best,
Our anxious hearts, our love at rest,
Shivering bodies, the cause was winter,
And young love making souls shiver,
Out of nowhere, that zephyr came,
My honest love drank your shame,
For urgent warmth you turned your face,
And the sky saw us in a tight embrace!
