The Friendship Poem by Keek Douglas

The Friendship

From the days we use to sit and class and laugh
To the days we went to the water park
Chloe Johnston you are my best friend
From the days we argued
To the days we never spoke
We are still best friends
I don’t know
Maybe it’s just meant to be
But I never thought
That I would find a friend like you
We could go through heck
But the next day
We would come out walking
With our backs straight
And our heads high
And with that simple note
I know
That when I became friends with you
It would change my life
