I Stopped
I stopped flirting
Because you had someone
I stopped talking
Scared I might let something out
I stopped looking at you
Knowing my eyes would show it all
I tried and I failed
If you called it that
I got to scared
To afraid what you were going to say
If you found out what I really meant
So I’m letting you go
Because it’s the best thing to do
And it’s the only way
I can keep from telling you
