The Fool Poem by Noah Body

The Fool

Rating: 5.0

I've made of myself a humongous fool
A sad sack loser, a wasted tool
Look right here, pity, pity, pity me
Begging for attention now you see?
Sickening, disgusting excuse for a man
Sucking up all pity and attention I can
Makes me vomit and cringe in despair
I've lost myself, I don't know where
Take warning from me, leave me alone
Even I do myself disown
Slice and bleed, burn and hurt
Punishment for all I subvert
Don't dare reach out, be forewarned
Sickened even by myself I am scorned
I promise this, myself I will remove
And so doing this reality improve

Heartfelt, we have all been fools, failures and fragments of life's pain. Never, never... should we be ashamed. x Great to see your words
