The Felicitation Of The Crowned Sodomizer Poem by Akash Justin Ovian

The Felicitation Of The Crowned Sodomizer

I see tenderness in more than one side,
Perhaps in the other that exposes masculinity
Where forth from did the law spurn?
From which urn of envy and despise
Well clothed nun that writhes in her virginity,
And celibate monk that dreams at night
Oh look how man you have driven to conformity,
Betrayed his glory in the deformity of ignorance
I see man beside man, fragrant loving;
It burns, a great flame of rebellion
Ever boiling beneath the visions of desire,
Is the artistic deviance of the human mind

Courage sets forth the downfall of law!
The artless governance of priest and politic
Priest seated in the Everest of the mind,
Politic driving the wheel of emotion
I see not the moral vitality of straightness,
In the private bed of an exploring being
I see not the need for the policing of delight,
That nourishes the onward journey of man
Let the sodomite free in his garden of dream,
The harlot let her breathe her every move
With every ounce of good opinion spent,
An honest generality shall arise

How will your God come sweep your doorstep?
When he seems in occupancy with the dust of your illusions
How will your guardian angel hold you at night?
When he seems in business with the ‘fear of your fears’

I am betrothed to the moment that beholds both,
The seed and branch of every doing
Time and its rings have abandoned me to ecstasy,
To a dance that merits only fruitless movement

Your morality bears not but fruit that shall perish,
And in its end shall the tunnel be broken
