The Fall Poem by Sarah Mohyla

The Fall

In the end we fall
I'm alone through it all
You said you'd be there across the hall
In case I ever needed you at all
But where are you now
My life ends with every breath I still take
Alone and deaf I am falling through a hole of death
You are fine as we speak
But as for me I'm growing weak
I can say I'll make it through
But do I truly believe this is true
I needed you here to keep me breathing
Before you came i was just feeling nothing all alone
Then you came and saved my soul from plunging into a hole
But now you're gone
My heart is numb
I'm the only one
In the end I will die
my life subsides before my eyes
My last breathe alone in bed with no one to rest my head on
I'm sorry I hurt you
It's my fault you're gone
I'm here
You're found
I'm lost
I'll die
You live
We fall

It's darkly truthful; very final and unquestionable. I like your style-M

Magnificent! The emotion is almost tangible through your words, what a sad longing feeling they express! Very good. Very good indeed.
