The Fairest Maiden Poem by Jasir Syed

The Fairest Maiden

Rating: 3.8

An uplifting laugh
and beautiful eyes
which to behold, is the greatest prize
An enchanting soul, not concealed in lies

You fear no creature, man or beast
Surrounded in light like a holy priest
No one can stand to your blade
and those of your own can rely on your aid

Your company consists of a chosen few
your bravery makes them stick like glue
Oh if only I could be in your company of brave,
I'd follow you even beyond the grave.

I do not know how to hold a sword
Or heave an axe for the safety of my lord
But I will defend your honor with my last breath
In a never ending ballet with the forces of death

A woman 👩 of virtue is man's highest glory. Beautiful love ❤ poem, well articulated and nicely penned in good rhyme scheme from the heart with conviction. Thanks for Jasir. Please read my poem POETIC MASTERPIECE.
