The Elderly Man From The Window Poem by Patricia Etienne

The Elderly Man From The Window

The scenery is empty

Not even a ground squirrel

I channel to good memories of moments pass

See children playing in the yard of life-times pass

Bottom line- just a maple tree

Lonely man, I choose not to be
