The Departed Lover

Rating: 5.0

Remember when you failed me:

The truth
is untold,
there was no chance
to unfold
I see you several times now,
you are always
hoping that I will take a bow,
our time is, so gone

I warn you to stop:

you threaten my present happiness,
because of that
I grant not my forgiveness,
In me
you left a world to repair,
with anger
so much to prepare,
now I live in joy,
So much joy

A wonderful poem! Mesmerizing in the depth of it's measureless magnitude! Well done

When we are made to fail, the feeling is intolerable, but overcoming such feeling is great. Nice poem! !
