The Days Of Our Past Poem by erin ford

The Days Of Our Past

Rating: 5.0

The days of our past were such a blast.
We always had fun until there was no more sun.
And then we would brew in the light of the moon.
But as the years flew on by we spent very little time together and you were no longer mine forever.
And it made me feel so under the weather.
Our friendship was withering away and I saw no light in my day.
It made me think of the days when we played the night away.
Chillin at the park and scraping our knees on the bark of trees.
If only time had stopped back then you and I would still be the best of friends.
It happend so fast, and the days of our past no longer last.
