The Dagger Through Life
As if life needed worse than what it suffers,
When the dagger of hatred stabs
Its victims in the heart to cause suffering
About many things like different drabs.
When the dagger slashes life
With lots of change and strife,
It causes problems in our world,
So we can hear what God told.
The future is way too near
The edge of the world.
The madness doesn't stop,
The future quickly unfurls...

Very good poem, Stephanie (my daughter's name is Stephanie) - I like the last verse the most....
