The Criminals' Parents
Has your mom
or dad
ever told you,
someday you're
going to be great.
Did you ever
stop and think
did the criminals' parents
did the bullies' parents
did the homeless' parents
ever tell them
what my parents
have told me?
If so
why would they
end up
living in a jail cell
or in an ally?
Why wouldnt
they listen
to advice
that has been
freely given?
Why woudnt
they want
to make
their parents
proud?
