The Common Good?
What happened to the common good?
What happened to good will toward men?
Whatever happened to the good old days,
And doing some good, like the good book says?
For goodness sake, what's going on?
In this charade where the good die young,
There's got to be a better way than that,
The good guy got shot, while tipping his hat.
