The Comical Dilemma With Commas Poem by Bull Hawking

The Comical Dilemma With Commas

Rating: 5.0

Commas are weirder than.....
Me
They come dropping into sentences
Like they know what they're doing
Ok, so far that's a similarity not a difference

Well they look like tadpoles
Or things that look like tadpoles
But they don't grow into frogs
what do they think?
They'll be a semicolon some day!

Damn, I thought a colon
was a sad thing to be
But I think most of them
contain more than the two
little drops

There's one thing for sure
they are breedin' like
Playboy bunnies at a biker rally

I don't know if they think
They could turn over
Grow a little
Take a dump
And be a question mark some day

Right there the similarities stop.
