Over? Poem by Bull Hawking

Over?

Rating: 5.0

So it seems a little over now

The steam has surely cooled

Like turnovers in a window

We'll soon snack to their demise

Shall we also raise a chilly glass

Of milk...for old times snake

I hereby interrupt this maudlin exercise

To simply say

I'll always love you

Kiss you in my dreams

If I must

Or bust out laughing at

The way things are

And will be I suppose
