So it seems a little over now
The steam has surely cooled
Like turnovers in a window
We'll soon snack to their demise
Shall we also raise a chilly glass
Of milk...for old times snake
I hereby interrupt this maudlin exercise
To simply say
I'll always love you
Kiss you in my dreams
If I must
Or bust out laughing at
The way things are
And will be I suppose
Thanks Mandolin for f-ing loving this....twice even...liked what you said too.....about page turning and all....you are the queen of literary critics....of me anyway.... :)
