The Bird Poem by Anatole Kantor

The Bird

Rating: 4.0

By hopping on the sidewalk,
Putting back his wings
And making small beak talk.
The bird nibbles seed
That comes from nearby weed,
And steers his flight with his nearby tail:
In the air, on the wind, he will sail.
