The Beauty In Nature Poem by Francis Duggan

The Beauty In Nature

I marvel at the beauty all around me
The beauty in Nature every day I see
The euroyp bush in her daisies of gold
A thing of great beauty for one to behold
Late Winter the wattle trees yellow in bloom
Their pollen doesn't scent of the sweetest perfume
On dry sunny days when blown out in the breeze
Their fluffy yellow blooms can cause people to sneeze
The workings of Nature a marvellous thing
Every night in late Winter the magpies do sing
You hear the clap of their wings as from tree to tree they fly
Their flute like notes echoing in the night sky
The beauty of Nature for all to enjoy
And I've loved Nature's Goddess since I was a boy.
