The Azalea Poem by John McCornack

The Azalea

Do you ever wonder about Azaleas
They are special flowers of spring
With so much beauty to admire
When the spring birds begin to sing

But this bush with the funny name
Will only grow in the shade of trees
And they also require a special soil
For growing there is no guarantees
