The Angel Farewell Poem by RIDHA ABDELLAOUI

The Angel Farewell

Rating: 5.0

A rose blossomed in my heart,
An angel sprayed her tongue on my face,
I forgot the world and tore it apart,
And we melted in a fairy embrace.
The sun eclipsed 'nd my Sun shone athwart,
Her beams sterilized every place,
My Sun was the forepart,
And all the stars were her boniface.

As days and nights moved 'nd moved away
Kiss 'nd hugs hover'd in the sky,
My heart skin began to flay,
And all my veins began to weep and cry,
All the green became gray,
And all I hear'd was a hellish sigh,
My angel hover'd 'nd hover'd away,
And all the bliss said to me good-bye,

It's pretty good. For a poem lover, this would be one, I bet, of their favorites. You have a nice way of words. it immediately hooked me. When I read it, it sounds strange. It isn’t like any poem I’ve read before….in a good way. I think it’s because of your word choice that makes it sound special. I like it as a whole. good job, and keep it up! (:

And all my veins began to weep and cry, All the green became gray.......................utterly evocative and introspective through ingenuity, as the story of love meets its epilogue, well penned,10+++
