For two nickels come gape and come stare!
She never says boo,
Wears a number ten shoe
But amazingly - she is Not There!

Come see the Amazing Not There Girl!
Could be almost as wide as she's tall,
With a painted on grin,
No one asks how she's been,
'Cause - amazing! - she's Not There at all!

Come see the Amazing Not There Girl!
Doesn't have any hopes, dreams, or thoughts.
Hear a tread on the stair?
You may wonder who's there,
But it's clearly not her, 'cause she's Not!

Come see the Amazing Not There Girl!
Test your luck, meet her gaze if you dare!
Come and give it a try,
But I warn you the eye
Tends to slip off a Girl who's Not There.

Come see the Amazing Not There Girl!
Her toenails are painted bright green!
Sure, you can't see her toes,
So nobody quite knows -
But they could be, completely unseen.

Come find the Amazing Not There Girl,
Deftly feigning she hasn't a care,
Hidden here in plain sight,
Bravely hoping you might
See a Girl who is simply Not There.
