The Abyss Poem by Mary Elizabeth Sambllis

The Abyss

Rating: 5.0

They don't understand
The pain of the brand
That was inflicted upon me.
They just don't see
The strain within me.
I hide it well
You didn't know I fell.
For what I desire
Is to be lost in the fire.
For I will not be missed
If I jump into the abyss.
