That Day In Flushing Meadows.... Poem by Sylvia Frances Chan

That Day In Flushing Meadows....

Rating: 5.0

That Day In Flushing Meadows....

that time in Santa Fe
I was constantly OK

in Florida
there was the Katrina

arriving in Flushing Meadows,
I lost all my arrows,

so I could not join the famous game,
and gained no fame

Wishing you all a happy weekend!

Your joy in life just bubbles over in this humorous poem- - when you mentioned Flushing Meadows, my mind zipped right over to horses racing round and round- -perhaps someone found your missing arrows! Thank you for the fun read!
