Thanksgiving Poem by Floy Dy Ra Aka Floyd Floydson

Thanksgiving

Rating: 5.0

A lot of rain, sun
and heat
give fruit to the farmers
and seeds

Potatoes, corn
and grain besides the willow
have grown by rain
and pour the silo

Also pumkin, onion
and apple
enriches the table with presents
like in the Bible

Grown on
fertile soil
they are our stanzas
matured like sacred oil

Words of glory
bound like spikes
to enhance the favour
with heaven likes
