Testing Resolve Poem by Vidur Mohta

Testing Resolve

A dollop of sunshine,
In my pocket I carry,
With happiness beaming,
And a twitch caressing the lips,
Shine brightening my vision,
Hope fluttering the heart,
Gratitude in my stride,
Humility bending me by the hips,
Oh lord why art thou testing,
The resolve of a believer,
Giving troubles by the gallons,
But happiness given in small sips.
