Ten Tiny Poems Poem by Munia Khan

Ten Tiny Poems

(I)
I’ve learnt to trust
From the past storm
Of dust and flame

(II)

Cruel design
Suits me fine now
Be mine for good

(III)

Into star gate
Fortune’s fate crawls
To sate life’s wish

(IV)

Truth dares not sigh
When his lie wants
To die alone

(V)

Drunkard in joy
To destroy dreams
A coy girl weeps

(VI)

Lie fast asleep
Into deep night
To keep dreaming

(VII)

The face of man
Sometimes can be
The plan of God

(VIII)

The moon is fair
Stars up there bright
To dare the night

(IX)

The moonless night
Dreams to fight with
The plight of dark

(X)

There’s nothing wrong
Say so long to
The song of love
