Tears Of A Little Brother(The Sequel) Poem by Blessing Kalamatila

Tears Of A Little Brother(The Sequel)

I watched her fall, like the Niagra falls.
Yes!
I watched her fall hard,
only to hit rock bottom
saw Her hurting from the inside;
like fractured bones.
See! even with a suit and tie;
He wasn't smart enough to tell apart a rare
Jewel like her from a mere stone.

I saw Her pick Him for a Love that didn't pay,
masked on! I saw her struggles
beneath the character she potrayed
I only watched her fall,
despite my futile efforts to converse.
perhaps that's why I saw her go down;
like a sudden fall from a lace untied

I saw Her Mirror;
that only showed His good intention
saw Her clad in a masquerade,
only for us to see the right reflection
I only watched her fall;
rolling slow,
like raindrops beneath the skies
I saw her go down;
like Lucifer,
I swear, this angel was the devil in disguise.

See! even from the start,
I saw the mercenary at heart and even so...
I only watched her fall,
the Kamikaze way, cuz her desires were suicidal,
Her dreams shattered;
like glass on the floor
I just wish I could have done more.

So pardon these random thoughts
for I am guilty of betrayal
because even if the case was dismissed
I guess I am no different from Judas;
for what serparates me from Him is the only the kiss.
