Tailor's Web Poem by Jo R. Escher

Tailor's Web

Bittersweet mist

Consecrate this destitute union

Enchantment paints a dishearten illusion

Intoxicated with iridescent prism of being

A labyrinth of mystery holds siege

Eradicate the fault of others

So many forbid the malice of vengeance

Revere and master ones own darkness

Pungent the sacrifice of solace

It was mine to profess this journey

My summation grew torrid with surrender

Transcending this waking vision

To embrace this revelation of wisdom

Yet not I wane, wailing out what is lost

Paradox is to lure out this myth

Logic falls prey to circumstance

Legacy is an incentive to form the circle

Repetition sings of myrrh and gifts

Anger be not forgotten me
