Tacenda Poem by Andrew David Hunt

Tacenda

The stars glitter in her eyes as these slow heavens part,
And here, upon these so soft dry rolling near desert sands;
While her knotted heartbeat fights to relent purlieu sighs.
While along the breeze that now heralds this latent dawn,
Our hearts are melting into the blue light that rides high;
No words are needed, so none are passed between us.
For we know all that there is to know
As we now flow into each other’s flow
Our words become lost within our eyes,
While among these elder gods we fly.
