Sweet Consciousness



Brother Derek,
fooled into thinking life was sweet
by the incense in his system
from the temple of the Bhagavad-Gita,

was brought to earth by brother Doug,

a suspicious mathematician,
who'd left the temple for air
and quickly eureka-ed on the step
the reason why life seemed sweeter.
