Surrendered Scepters Poem by Saiom Shriver

Surrendered Scepters

Rating: 5.0

Twelve foot high
cattails are forced
by storms of September
to bow down
and to surrender
their seeded scepters....
Soon though clouds
rain their essence into specters.

Surrendered Scepters

Aloha Saiom... Beautifully penned description of what is of nature... so much of this beauty is missing in this world... taking a walk, and having these views enter our mind is something that is sorely lacking for the mass of US... There ought to be a law... that at least once each day... each citizen of this earth... take in a hint of what our mother meant for US to view each and every moment we are aware and conscious in our lifetimes... Let US each forget the glitz and toys of this age... and dwell in our hearts and souls with her natural blessings... All of the best from this life, to you, and all of your relations... Michaelw1two
