Sunny Side Up Poem by Susan Lacovara

Sunny Side Up

Rating: 4.5

She is yellow
As the climbing sun
Against the blazing blue

Yellow yolk of morning eggs
A table set for two

Her sunflower face
With perfect grace
Tilts towards the dawning's bright

Yellow wings of butterflies
Lifting her to flight

She is looking all fresh and beautiful in the light of the dawn. Simple and beautiful. Thanks for posting.
