Loud voices – they push you out
Of depression to Forte lands!
You become for yourself – a hero!
You return back to optimism!
You may fly now as an eagle –
What a miracle Wagner is!

Yes it is sunny because he was using his store of melodies for the first time. I think something like 45% of all the leitmotivs are introduced in this opera including the ever important SWORD MOTIF. And even that swarmy trickster Loge sings a beautiful aria how every creature in nature longs for its partner - true love, for sure, expressed by Loge! And it's magical with all the creatures and realms. And isn't the first appearance of ERDA a mystical moment, she embodied the Goddess religions that oreceeded the Sky Father religions And all the Sky Father can do is put her to sleep, sounds like a forecast of Brunnhilde's sleep. O it is sunny and dispels the black dog of depression!
