Summer Smiles Poem by Anonymous Morris

Summer Smiles

Your summer smiles
Took me miles
Back to where we used to be
All alone just you and me
Kiss so sweet you could make my heart melt
I'll never forget how your skin smelled
Sweet nothings we whispered alone in the dark
On my heart you left your mark
Looking back I can now see
Myself falling in love, but I've learned to let things be
But if you ever wanna go back, I would in a heartbeat
Lay in the backseat
You can lay on your back and I can lay on your chest
Just like things used to be
