Summer Poem by leen Akel MNSR

Summer

Rating: 5.0

Wearing shorts
As the wind blows
Running around
As the bee's surround
Jumping in pools
Running like fools

We got burned from the sun
But we were having too much fun
It was mainly pain
Though we had some rain

Flowers blossoming
And girls gossiping
Long days and short nights
From here to there long flights

Little girl screams of joy
Happy she got a new toy
Ice coffee in the morning
We all know summer never gets boring

For breakfast we had pop tarts
Later we head to public parks
Little girl sliding
Little girl hiding
Forever they go
Never fighting
