A sufi never explained, he just whirled,
In ecstatic motion, his soul unfurled.
In a trance, he swirled and spun,
A dance of the heart, the only one.
With each turn, he left the world behind,
And journeyed to a place within his mind.
A place of peace, love, and unity,
A place where he was free to be.
No words could express the beauty he felt,
As he whirled and spun, his heart would melt.
The rhythm of the universe in his veins,
A cosmic dance, with no need for chains.
In the whirl, he found the divine,
A place of oneness, where all combine.
A sufi never explained, he just whirled,
In this dance of life, his heart was unfurled.
A magnificent poem rhyming well. My favourite lines, 'No words could express the beauty he felt/As he whirled and spun, his heart would melt/The rhythm of the universe in his veins/A cosmic dance, with no need for chains. '
