Success Poem by Blight Sliver

Success

When you can't read young books
Cause they all seem so crude
When you can't watch new movies
Cause they make no sense to you
When pop music all starts to have the same beat
When abstract artworks feel like deceit
When poetry's purpose is lost in bad prose
When you see all the stitch marks on everyones clothes
When even your own work is bland and gross
When the things that you loved are the things that you loathe
That's when you know you've made it.
