Stormy Sea Poem by Andrew Keim

Stormy Sea

Try to tell me who or where i am
for i alon am a confused lost man
like a boat on a stormy sea
i cannot find my way from point a to point b

I could not do it my brain was my sould
and i always stood and seemed so mongol
the trip started out sort of eerie
but i continued on oh so weary

i took the step up to take command
i hadnt been ready for i hadnt preplanned
the waves continued larger and larger
rocking the boat farth and farther

They crashed upon us volatile like acid
hoping it will cease and thus become placid
we no longer have control
we bow to mother nature in hopes to console

After years of experience i had all become misfortune
for the storm had done nothing except worsen
the overflow of water had come up so quickly
and all the boat had dont was began to look sickly

NOw all is lost all those who fought
except i the one who has the lesson to be taught
that my fate was concealed and i was to be alone
my face to public may thus never be shown
