Storm's Sonnet Poem by Anonymous Ghurl

Storm's Sonnet

Strom clouds swirl in the air
Disturbing hair on your head
Blowing debris in your path
Broken tree limbs and trash
Lightning strikes the ground
The sound of beating drums
Rain turns the dirt to mud
What doesn't move now could
The ground shifts 'neath your feet
The sweet smells are replaced
Then a moment of still
And for a second you won't feel
Like a shot of novocain
Ine the eye of a hurricane
