Stole The Night From Life Poem by Nisarg Joshi

Stole The Night From Life

The shapes your hair make
When you put your head heavy on the pillow
The geometry of them
Oh the unsymmetry!
Holding the universe's infinity

The flare of your lips
Are treat to my eyes
The world's answer
To all my cries
Tell me a secret
Love it when they do
But now
Resting in silence as you are asleep
And still they have capacity
To make silence echo in me
Yes
Even your silence echos inside
Breaks walls
Gives wings
Helps me fly
Fly above
Above and high

And the glowing sand
Your skin
Perfectly put in an hour glass
Makes me forget all about miseries amd sin
Raditions that kills the dark inside
Makes the demons go away
Melts me
Unchains me
Sets me free
Cleanses inside

Compliments your ferocity and your innocence at same
And to me
It only seems sane

I will look at you
My incredulous stare
All tonight
As you keep your head heavy on my bed
Adore you

I have stolen the night from the life
For you
