Stick It Poem by archie langford

Stick It

Rating: 5.0

Recently I`ve learned a trick
To always take my walking stick.
When I enter shops or stores
Kind folk jump to open doors
They assist me when I have a load
And old ladies help me to cross the road
On a crowded bus, people sweet
Are quick to offer me their seat,
My great grand children take the mick
They call it my sympathy stick..

Humourous little poem, Archie. And your great grand children have got the name just right! I like this for it mischievous-ness. Love, Fran xxx
