When the heart speaks, Does the mind listen?
And once they agree, Do the eyes glisten?
In the midst of excitement with hands raised
Does one tend to offer YAH a joyous praise?

You say you hear a voice, but whose is it?
Perhaps JESUS came and paid you a visit
When this occurs one is said to be enlightened
Ectasy prevails. and the senses are heightened

Now some swear they are more holy than saints
But true saints? I dare say they aint
Some are called and the same are sent
Others received no summons and nontheless went

From your belly, Does living waters flow?
The mystery of YAH, Who can know?
Many are called but the chosen are few
Is a voice from the wlderness crying out to you?
